Principal Investigator - Tenure-line Assistant Professor
Dr. Hurtado de Mendoza is a bilingual Social Psychologist with interdisciplinary training in Anthropology and Communication, Culture, and Technology. She is an expert in behavioral science, health communication, and community-engaged research.
Her research addresses cancer disparities in the United States by developing and testing culturally-targeted health interventions and evaluating their implementation in clinical care.
